Professional Accomplishments:

Counseling

  • Conducted outpatient nutritional counseling for patients with diabetes, transplants, hypertension, cardiac disease, cancer, HIV, and obesity
  • Developed and utilized nutritional counseling tools for use with patients with diabetes, obesity/overweight, and disordered eating
